Seasons of Life Counseling, LLC (SLC) uses Simple Practice, a medical record and portal system that will allow for confidential and HIPAA compliant messaging that ensures your privacy. You will be sent a portal link that directs you to online documentation to be completed prior to your initial session. We also Use Ringcentral as our phone for communications.

We use your personal information for the following purposes, to: Communicate with you via SMS, to schedule appointments or to change appointments along with reaching out after you have messages on our website or to contact you for billing or hiring purposes. Using RingCentral Services; We don’t use or share any PHI

We do not pass any individual’s consent to receive SMS from RingCentral to any third party. We do not share phone numbers with third parties for the purpose of allowing those third parties to send SMS
